Brandon Bachik

Chief Financial Officer

As our resident Chief Financial Officer, Brandon Bachik loves remodeling homes and watching a home transform before his eyes. Brandon has bought and sold 300+ houses since starting in real estate in 2009. Brandon began his real estate journey by purchasing and flipping mobile homes and eventually purchased a mobile home park and an apartment complex. Brandon’s passion for real estate has now combined with a passion for building a business that gives to back to the communities he works in!

Brandon received his Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University and his Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Brandon believes in financial education, and loves traveling the world and helping his family every step of the way!

Brandon believes in taking massive action in all aspects of his life and believes if you are out to change someone else’s life for the better, you will—in turn—live a full and prosperous life. It is this mindset that helps drive himself to be the best in whatever he puts his mind to!

Dwight Harrison

Chief Executive Officer

Dwight Harrison has been a licensed Real Estate Agent and an avid Real Estate Investor since 2002. Having been a part of over 600 real estate transactions (and counting), he brings an educational and professional background that is perfectly suited to excellence in customer service and a true passion for helping people.

Dwight received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

He lives in Allen, TX with his beautiful wife (she’s going to read this…hi, Hunny!) and their four pets: two boxer dogs, one miniature dachshund, and a guard bunny! Dwight is a HUGE Minnesota Vikings fan and knows that even though they haven’t won it all before, it always just seems logical that next year is going to be THE year! (Poor Dwight)

Yaritza Burgos

Lead Manager

Yaritza was born and raised in Puerto Rico, but decided to move to Texas about eight years ago with her mother and little one. At that time, her daughter was only two years old. From the moment she knew she was expecting until not too long ago, she had been a single mom. Recently, her boyfriend and her have decided to move in together and he has accepted her princess as his own. Her daughter is her whole world. She says, “What I do, I do for her because I want to set an example and make sure she becomes better than what I ever was. Being a mother changed my world completely and thinking of myself before having her feels empty.”

She is friendly, caring and loves to listen! When she feels stressed or sad, she bakes. That’s her escape from everything! She also loves cooking for others. Yaritza believes she got this from her grandma: the kitchen is her grandmother’s thing and she always feels the need to feed others—it brings her happiness. Because of this, Pinterest is like her google! Some people say, “Oh, google the recipe for that.” Yaritza says, “No, I just Pinterest it!”

Her professional,10-year background in management has helped her tremendously with understanding people and their unique needs. She worked in retail for eight years and this is her first time in real estate. As a manager in retail she has learned not only how to deal with different personalities under your supervision, but also learned customers have different personalities, different needs and different situations. She worked in the furniture industry for seven years and it has taught her a lot about customers and sales. To sum up her learnings, she believe it all comes down to excellent customer service, and respect!

Nacida y criada en Puerto Rico, súper orgullosa de mis raíces, pero decidí mudarme a Texas hace 8 años atrás con mi mamá y mi pequeña quien tenía 2 años en aquel momento. Fui madre soltera desde el momento en que recibí la noticia de que estaba embarazada hasta hace muy poco cuando mi maravilloso novio (quién aceptó a mi princesa como si fuera suya) y yo decidimos mudarnos juntos. Mi hija es todo mi mundo, todo lo que hago lo hago por ella porque quiero ser un buen ejemplo y asegurarme que ella llegue a ser muchísimo mejor de lo yo fui. Ser madre cambió mi mundo completamente y pensar en mi vida antes de tenerla a ella me hace sentir vacía. Soy muy amigable, cariñosa y me gusta escuchar a los demás. Cuando me siento con estrés o triste mi escape es la cocina. Me encanta hornear, y cocina para otros, creo que esto es algo que aprendí de mi abuela a quien le encanta cocinar y siempre tiene esa urgencia de alimentar a otros y la hace feliz. Pinterest es sagrado para mí, recetas, manualidades e ideas.

Mi experiencia profesional en Gerencia por 10 años me ha ayudado tremendamente entender a las personas y sus necesidades únicas. Trabajé en el negocio al por menor (retail) por 8 años y esa es mi primera vez en bienes raíces. Como gerente no solo aprendes a como lidiar con diferentes personalidades bajo tu supervisión si no que trabajas con los clientes directamente quienes también tienen diferentes personalidades, necesidades y situaciones únicas. Estuve trabajando en la industria de muebles por 7 años y ahí aprendí muchísimo con los clientes y el equipo de ventas. Todo se trata de proveer excelente servicio al cliente y respeto.

Sharron Rogers

Chief Operating Officer

Sharron Rogers is the COO-Chief Operating Officer for the company. She is our rock, our sanity and most importantly keeps us ALL in line when we get a little too crazy for her comfort!

She has been in the administrative field for over 15 years and the real estate industry for about four years—and loves every minute of it. Striving to build relationships and making sure all the i’s are dotted and all the t’s are crossed are characteristics with Sharron’s name written all over them! She worked with AT&T for 10+ years as a customer service rep until she discovered that she had a passion for real estate. So she decided to make a career change: starting with a private firm as their Market Center Administrator before expanding into Business Development and Operations Management.

Sharron moved to Dallas, Texas from Kansas City, Missouri. She studied science and nursing for two years before changing to a business major with Sanford Brown College. She has a handsome, loving husband that support her in the evening so that she can “give my all to my Simple House Clients during the day!”

Grateful for getting to work with an amazing group, she also enjoys meeting new clients and welcoming them in a way that has become customary to the company in Dallas, Texas.

Ryan Young

Outside Sales Manager

Ryan is our Acquisitions Agent her at Simple House. He is a highly ambitious and organized real estate professional with extensive experience in residential sales and transaction management. Ryan grew up with Real Estate in his blood. His parents as well as his sister and several cousins have all had success in residential real estate. Ryan started in the business managing residential marketing campaigns for his mother’s real estate team. He’s now a real estate marketing and technologies expert. Ryan also has experience on the mortgage side of the business, having worked as a loan processor and originator for a large Dallas based lender. He has over 300 hours and over 30 credits of continuing education in real estate. Currently holds a real estate license since 2005.

Ryan is a native Dallasite, and still resides there. He was recently married last year and is now a proud father of a baby boy. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and fish. When he has time to get away he and his family are in Colorado or Southern California visiting family.

Vu Nguyen

Telesales Manager

Vu Nguyen has over 20+ years Professional Sales and Managements experience in a variety of industries from tech to real estate. He worked with a major real estate company that was new to the area grow to 21 states throughout the US by establishing their client engagement procedures, helping bringing in Investors for their IPO. He has owned his own business working with manufacturers overseas to broaden their reach into the US economy, as well as helped strategize on a consultant level. He has been a Dallas native for a majority of his life and couldn’t think of living anywhere else…well except maybe Japan! Studied at UT Arlington with a BS in International Business with concentration in trade laws.

Married with kids and we are active in raising Autism Awareness by being participating in events and functions. Martial Artist for 25+ years with Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Combat Hapkido and Muay Thai Kick Boxing. He is a technology geek at heart and an avid car enthusiast.

Stephen Syptak

Outside Sales Manager

Stephen serves as an Acquisitions Agent here at Simple House Solutions. He is a hardworking, team-player who truly cares about helping people through life’s various challenges. Before settling into a career in real estate investing, Stephen worked as a top sales professional in a variety of industries ranging from office furniture to marketing to mobile technologies.

When he’s not working to help Simple House thrive and help as many families as possible, you’ll find him trying to befriend as many people as is humanly possible (can someone say extrovert?). He’s also an avid salsa dancer, world traveler (19 countries and counting) and enjoys working out, playing tennis and serving at his church.
Stephen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!)
